Established in Luxembourg since 1972 and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier Luxembourg (CSSF), HMS LUX S.A. is one of Luxembourg's leading inter-dealer brokerage firms operating as intermediary in the wholesale inter bank deposit and OTC interest rate derivatives markets. As name give-up broker or name passing broker in these markets HMS provides access to worldwide pools of liquidity and arranges transactions for and on behalf of its clients. The role of HMS in such markets is to provide quotes on request to counterparties in order to facilitate such counterparties to enter into transactions with each other. As such HMS offers its retail, commercial and investment banking clients with an efficient and effective inter-dealer voice-broking service.
