2. Provide additional documentation

Due diligence documents required for Invidual / Joint accounts:

  • A copy of valid ID card (such as passport) containing date and place of birth as well as signature (if place of birth is not stated, a copy of birth certificate/official document showing the tax registration number can be accepted in addition)
  • Proof of residency stating the registered address on the Client Application Form (ANY one):
    • Valid ID card (such as national ID card or drivers license)
    • A bank statement or utility bill issued in the last six months

Due diligence documents required for Corporate Accounts:

  • Articles or Memorandum of Association (Company Statutes)
  • Certificate of Incorporation & Certificate of Recognition (Licence)
  • Minutes of the Meeting appointing Directors of the Company
  • Minutes of the Meeting appointing signatory power and examples of
  • Identification or passport copy of all signatories and beneficial owner(s) and directors
  • Minutes of meeting appointing HMS LUX S.A. as broker
  • Financial Institution regulated in countries imposing equivalent identification requirements within the meaning of the Luxembourg law of 12 November 2004 on the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing as amended (UE, EEE and GAFI) are only required to provide HMS LUX S.A. with non-certified copies of the above listed documents.

    3. Send documents to HMS MARKETS

    For fast processing, send the completed application forms together with the above-mentioned document to HMS LUX S.A by either:
